Technical requirements

There are two basic options to join the meeting organized with Zoom:

Using desktop app
The recommended option is to use the Zoom Meeting application on your PC. This can be downloaded via https://zoom.us/download
Using web app
No special software is needed to participate in the virtual meeting organized with Zoom. The participants may join the meeting using a browser on the computer.

We will organize a participant test session before the actual meeting.

Test Session 2
Thursday 29 February, 2024
4Pm -5Pm Israel time (UTC/GMT+2).
We will also open the actual Voorburg group meeting 30 minutes before it starts to let the participants test their connection.

Make sure that you have the best possible, stable Internet connection.
Click the link to join the meeting. The link is valid for all test sessions as well.
If you do not have the Zoom app installed on your computer, the download will start automatically. If you are not able to install the app on your computer you can join by clicking “Join from your browser”. However, use of the app is recommended.
It is advisable to use a headset and choose the “Use computer for audio” option when joining the meeting.
If you are facing video or audio problems, please reboot your computer.

Mute your microphone when you are not talking. Moderators may mute you remotely if you forget to do that yourself.
If you want to ask a question, use the Q&A feature which is located on the Zoom Control Panel at the bottom of the Zoom App .
The Zoom Chat can be used for general chat purposes
